你的兴趣是什么？

一直以来觉得自己是个生活单调的人。工作之余，很少和朋友们交流，总是待在家中休息。即使去打篮球，也是目标很明确的，就是单单为了锻炼身体，为了娱乐。

羡慕那些在什么状况下都得心应手的人，在那儿都能让自己成为焦点，无论如何都可以和每一个人很熟悉。自己属于那种少言寡语，不善维护关系的人，没有形成一种势。

目前，我最大的兴趣就是打篮球，每周都会打篮球。如果天气不好，导致无法打篮球，我心里会有一种说不出不舒服，感觉好像少了点什么？这让我想起，中学时候，由于天气原因，一周一次的体育课被取消后的心情。骨子里我还是喜欢玩的。

打篮球，不仅能强壮我的身体，锻炼我的团队合作能力，而且还可以让我结交一些新朋友。其实篮球对我来说，还是不断建立自信的过程，让我明白了一个道理。记得02年开始打球的时候，那纯粹是为了出汗，拿到球除了紧张，就是想尽快把这个东西扔出去。经过这么多年，不断的练习，随着水平的不断提高，信心也建立起来，拿到球也不那么紧张。这个过程让我明白，只要不放弃，不断努力就能取得进步。同时兴趣是可以培养的，兴趣是第一要素。

What is your hobby?

I enjoy playing basketball with my friends on the weekends. I am excited whenever I play basketball. And It not only keeps me fit, makes me strong, but also helps for building a sense of cooperation. So I am a big fan of playing basketball.

你的日常生活表是怎样的？

在工作日，我通常是7点起床，然后洗漱，7点半左右吃早餐，8点出门去上班，9点开始工作。中午12点半的时候，会和同事在单位附近吃中餐。可以有半个小时的休息时间，1点半开始继续工作，直到下午6点下班。大概在7点左右，我就可以到家，然后着手做晚饭，大概在8点左右，和妻子一起吃晚饭，之后，我开始学习，一直到11点半睡觉。

What is your routine life?

On week days, I always wake up at 7 o'clock, and then brash my teeth. At 7:30am, I have breakfast and go out to work at 8 o'clock. I normally start work at 9am in the morning and usually have my lunch with co-worker near my office, after that I have half an hour for rest. Then I go on working at 1:30pm, till 6:00pm I finish my whole day work. Usually I can get home about 7pm, and then start to cook my dinner. About 8pm , I take my dinner with my wife. After that I start till 11pm, and then go to bed.

春天和冬天你更喜欢那个季节？

我更喜欢春天，给人一种清新的感觉。

春天有雨，冬天有雪，相对于雪，我更喜欢雨。尤其是那种小雨，淅淅沥沥的，时断时停。在雨中漫步，能够感受春的气息，品味泥土的芳香。

气温的回升，让世间万物都复苏，当然人也不例外，所以大家都感受大自然，或去户外爬山，或去郊区踏青，抑或和朋友一起打球。

what do you like, spring or winter?

I prefer spring rather than winter. As all know, there is rain in the spring and snow in the winter. I prefer rain to snow. especially a small rain（spit）, it is intermittence. I can walk in the rain , feel the spring and smell the earth.

Also , it is warmer and warmer in the spring, so it make everything in the world become more lively. Of course, we human being can go out with friends to climb, go for a walk in the country . For me, I can play basketball with my friends, Basketball is my favorite sport.
